Site Preparation

We carefully prepare the work area by laying down protective plastic or plywood and relocating any plants near your foundation. After breaking through concrete or paved surfaces, we dig access holes for pier placement.

Pier Installation

Piers are drilled at a slight angle to a depth of around 4 feet, depending on soil conditions. Each 10-inch pier includes four #4 rebar reinforcements and is filled with 3,000 PSI concrete to secure the foundation, even in challenging soil conditions.

Leveling and Stabilization

Hydraulic jacks lift the structure to the required level, where steel shims are inserted for support. After leveling, we fill holes, replant greenery, and clean the yard and paved surfaces, restoring your property’s appearance.
